Biden struggled to read off the teleprompter, attempting to put words together, shouting and repeatedly coughing for a whopping 15 minutes in celebration of Independence Day.
As of right now, the total number of views received on the video posted by the White House YouTube channel is just over 11 thousand, nearly 4 times less than the crowd size that attended President Donald Trump’s rally on July 3, just one day before.
