Britney Spears is afraid of her father and is refusing to resume her musical career until he is removed as sole conservator of her estate, the pop icon’s lawyer has charged.
The conservatorship, which was put in place in 2008, granted Jamie Spears control over Britney’s personal and financial affairs and also gave him a say in her career, but his daughter said she will not return to the stage until things change.
