Vince Ricci, a Los Angeles father who used his gun to fend off masked intruders trying to rob him as he entered his California home, had his firearm permit revoked by the State of California.
Ricci, who is an NRA member, stated ‘after successfully defending my home and my family and my five-month-old child, California has now decided to suspend my Second Amendment [rights],’ Ricci said
