(Just The News) President Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley Biden owes more than $5,000 in income taxes starting in 2015, according to a tax lien document.
The Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue on Dec. 1 issued a lien notice to Ashley Biden, which essentially is a government claim imposed against a person’s assets or property to secure unpaid taxes following repeated failed collection attempts.
The lien start date is Jan. 1, 2015, while her father was vice president, and lasts through Jan. 1, 2021, days before he was sworn in as commander-in-chief, according to Fox News.
Ashley Biden, 42, and her attorney did not respond to Fox’s multiple requests for comment.
