(Daily Mail) Elon Musk is escalating his DEI battle against Disney by telling his 171 million X followers to contact him for ‘legal support’ if they have been ‘discriminated against by Disney or its subsidiaries.’
The billionaire, 52, opened the door for a wave of lawsuits a day after he decided to foot the bill for fired actress Gina Carano’s wrongful termination lawsuit against the company, after she compared the US political climate to Nazi Germany.
In his latest threat against Disney, Musk’s offer to followers came as he shared a woke ‘inclusion standards’ guideline that he said was sent internally to Disney producers.
The guidelines detailed four standards for new shows to meet, including having 50 percent of regular characters coming from ‘underrepresented groups’, and specific training and opportunities exclusively available to minorities.
Disney did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Musk’s legal threats when contacted by DailyMail.com.

Musk’s war against Disney is nothing new, and he has had numerous run-ins with the company – particularly since his acquisition of Twitter in April for $44 billion.
In November, Musk told Disney CEO Bob Iger to ‘go f*** yourself’ during his appearance at the DealBook Summit after the company pulled its advertising from his social media platform.
In recent months, the bad blood also saw Musk remove Disney+ as a streaming option from the screens in his Tesla electric vehicles.
It is unclear if any of Musk’s followers have contacted him for any potential lawsuits against Disney as a result of his post.
On Tuesday, it emerged that Musk is set to fund the wrongful termination lawsuit recently filed by Carano in California federal court.
The actress starred in hit show The Mandalorian for two seasons, but faced severe backlash following an Instagram post in February 2021 that ultimately led Disney to boot her from the show.
The post said: ‘Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors even by children.’
The post continued: ‘Because history is edited, most people today don´t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews.
‘How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?’
In her suit, Carano is requesting the court forces Lucas film to recast her, as well as pay her at least $75,000 in damages.
Carano had previously sparked controversy with several other social media posts, including allegedly promoting false claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
She was also accused of mocking gender pronouns, listing ‘beep/bop/boop’ in her social media bio where users often include pronouns such as he/him/his or they/them/theirs.
‘They’re mad I won’t put pronouns in my bio to show my support for trans lives,’ she wrote on Twitter in September 2020 explaining the move. ‘I’m not against trans lives at all. They need to find less abusive representation.’
