A man named Ian Rice passionately spoke during a school board meeting, slamming critical race theory as teaching that “white people are bad.”

Rice, who is black and has a white wife, said the theory is meant for discussion at the collegiate level (mostly law school) and teachers are using it to indoctrinate students.
