Elina Barredo, a Cuban-American, posted to Twitter a video expressing outrage at President Joe Biden, liberal politicians and the progressive media for refusing to tell the truth about the Cuban protests that began on July 11.
Democrat politicians like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) have falsely claimed that the American embargo drives the nation’s hardships, not Communism or the Communist dictatorship they live under.
Barredo told news outlet The Daily Wire that she created the video to “expose the bias in the media,” because she knew that “anyone who listened to or read the news and wasn’t Cuban could be easily fooled into thinking that the protesters simply wanted the economy to improve and receive COVID vaccines.”
