The undercover video focuses on Cos Cob Elementary (Greenwich, Connecticut) assistant principal Jeremy Boland as he spills the beans on his own discriminatory hiring practices and political bias in choosing teachers that can spread progressive ideology upon children.
After release of the video went viral, Greenwich Public Schools placed Boland on administrative leave.
