(Daily Caller) Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom said he will not seek the Democratic nomination for president in 2024 even if President Joe Biden does not run.
Newsom told members of the Biden administration that he’s “all in” for Biden in 2024, according to a story published Saturday by Politico.

“I’ve told everyone in the White House, from the chief of staff to the first lady,” Newsom said about his support for Biden, according to the outlet.
Newsom also told Biden that he had Newsom’s support for 2024 shortly after being reelected governor, reported Politico. “I’m all in; put me in coach,” Newsom reportedly told Biden. “We have your back.”
Newsom went after Republicans prior to the 2022 midterm elections, including running ads in Florida attacking Republican Governor Ron DeSantis’s stances on abortion and education.
