(100percentFedUp) The suspect who was arrested after allegedly shooting and killing five people on Monday has been identified as 40-year-old Kimbrady Carriker, a BLM supporter and occasional cross-dresser.
On Monday evening, an individual wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a rifle and pistol entered Philadelphia’s Kingsessing neighborhood and opened fire, shooting and killing five people and injuring two children, 2 and 13 years old.
The five people who were killed have been identified as Ralph Moralis, 59, Joseph Wamah Jr., 31, Dymir Stanton, 29, Lashyd Merritt, 22, and Daujan Brown, 15.
About 10 minutes after the shooting spree began, police cornered and apprehended the shooter, taking him into custody.
The following day, the suspect was identified as BLM supporter Kimbrady Carriker, who lives just a few blocks from where the shooting took place.
Carriker is an avid BLM supporter, posting about them on Facebook and following Philadelphia’s BLM Facebook page.
In one Facebook post about workers going on strike in support of BLM, Carriker, a “top fan” of the page, commented, “Great! Black lives matter today; there will be jobs available. Equal opportunity finally. Just tell us where your [sic] quitting so we can send someone over.”
Carriker was also reportedly a computer engineer who had an interest in firearms.
In one Facebook post, Carriker was holding a pistol and wrote, “Wherefore art thou opposition so I may slide upon thine block and runneth down on thee.”
Another of Carriker’s posts was a map that listed historic “black massacres” in the U.S., writing, “We kept the receipts.”
