On his way to Kentucky to tour the damage from last weekends tornadoes, President Biden was asked by a reporter about the 800,000 COVID deaths to date under his presidency and whether he takes responsibility for such.
Flashback to October of 2020 during his presidential campaign, Biden demanded that President Trump take responsibility for COVID-related deaths, which numbered 200,000 at the time. Biden said that ‘the president should take responsibility.’
Today, significantly more Americans have died under Biden than Trump, and Biden had the safety net of the vaccines which Trump didn’t have until late in his presidency.
