On October 30, 2020, a convoy of Trump supporters surrounded a Biden-Harris campaign bus on a Texas highway.
Passengers on the bus included Democrat lawmaker Wendy Davis and a Biden-Harris campaign official who say they were ‘boxed in’ and ‘intimidated’ by the convoy for more than an hour, claiming it was a violation of both federal and state law.
Attorney’s for the defendants say that they didn’t conspire against the plaintiffs and that their actions were protected by free speech.
The trial, which began on Sept. 9, resumed on Monday and is expected to go to a jury sometime next week.
