A Maryland man charged with threatening to kidnap and kill Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris has been arrested, according to published reports citing law enforcement officials.
The man, identified as James Dale Reed, detailed graphic threats against Biden and Harris in a handwritten letter that, in part, stated “when we capture Grandpa Biden, we will all severely beat him to the point of death…and both (Biden and Harris) will be executed on National Television,” according to a criminal complaint filed with the United States District Court in Maryland.
