Law enforcement officials announced Monday that they have arrested a man suspected of allegedly firebombing Portland police officers, attempting to kill them on multiple different occasions during last year’s civil unrest in Portland, OR.
The Portland Police Bureau announced the arrest of 24-year-old Malik Muhammed, who was taken into Indianapolis police custody in a joint effort with the FBI on eight warrants. Muhammed is being charged on a 28-count indictment that includes: first- and second-degree attempted murder, attempted aggravated murder, unlawful manufacture of a destructive device, and unlawful use of a weapon.
