Records obtained from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop show that then Vice President Joe Biden attended a dinner arranged by his son and met with known business associates of Hunter’s.
The business dinner was held on April 16, 2015 in the “Garden Room” of Cafe Milano in Washington DC, and calls into question what degree Biden knew about his son’s foreign business and government official dealings.
The guest list included Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina and her husband, corrupt former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov, Devon Archer, who co-founded the Delaware-based investment firm Rosemont Seneca Thornton LLC with Hunter, as well three officials from Kazakhstan, amongst others.
Hunter has reportedly told guests beforehand that his father would be in attendance, writing in one email that he would use his role on the board of World Food Program USA “as a cover story for the evening’s true purpose of introducing his father to his business associates,” the New York Post writes.
