Trump Returns To ‘X’ With New Posts And The UK And US Governments Are In Panic Mode – Here’s Why

The National Pulse

(National Pulse) Former President Donald J. Trump has returned to X (formerly Twitter) with a string of posts made just after noon on Monday. The 2024 Republican presidential nominee had largely been absent from the social platform since the then-sitting President’s account was suspended on January 8, 2021, by the company’s former ownership under Jack Dorsey.

Since his suspension over three years ago, the former Republican President founded his own social media company, Truth Social, which went public earlier this year—earning Trump billions. Over the past two years, an exclusivity agreement with Truth Social had largely kept Trump from other social media platforms. However, it is believed that the deal has since expired.

Trump’s first post on X—since he posted his Georgia mugshot on August 24, 2023—came just after 11:00 AM in the form of a 2-minute video regarding the Biden-HarrisDepartment of Justice’s (DOJ) lawfare campaign against him. However, some speculated that the video may have just been a mis-posted ad, as the Trump campaign began running paid political ads on the former President’s account late Sunday night.

However, just after noon, the social media account saw a series of messages starting with the former President posting: “Are you better off now than you were when I was president?”

“Our economy is shattered. Our border has been erased. We’re a nation in decline,” Trump continued before adding: “Make the American Dream AFFORDABLE again. Make America SAFE again. Make America GREAT Again!”

Since then, the former President has taken to X to promote his interview with the social platform’s owner, Elon Musk, which is set to happen Monday at 8:00 PM. In addition, Trump has posted several other campaign-related videos, including one highlighting his opponent, Kamala Harris‘ radical liberal record.

EU PANICS.

The European Commission, the executive branch of the European Union, is now threatening tech billionaire and X owner Elon Musk, demanding he censor his August 12 evening interview with former President Donald J. Trump. European Commissioner Thierry Breton posted a letter on X, demanding Musk adhere to the E.U.’s Digital Services Act (DSA), specifically about spreading any disinformation, hatred, or incitement to violence.

Thierry’s letter also mentions recent unrest, referring to the anti-mass migration protests and riots in the U.K. over the last two weeks. Musk has been vocal about his criticism of the U.K. government’s handling of the situation, specifically the accusations that British police engage in two-tier policing practices, with allegations they have allowed Muslim mobs to run riot while cracking down hard on white British protestors.

UK GOVT PANICS.

U.K. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer also attempted to issue a warning to Musk last week. The technology mogul was told that it was dangerous to call out two-tier policing, which Starmer claimed put officers in danger.

Now, The National Pulse understands the British government will be tuned into the Trump-Musk interview, nervous of what both men might say about the nation’s crackdown on free speech and mass arrests of anti-mass migration activists.
