Mike Pence, who is slated to announce his intention to run in the coming weeks, too 2.4 percent, while Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, Asa Hutchinson and Chris Christie all came in below that. Those who were unsure or had no opinion were at 3.1 percent.
Baris provided commentary on Twitter: “By region is interesting… First, the Panhandle. Trump leads in the Panama City area, in fact from Liberty all the way to Escambia. DeSantis leads in Leon and Gadsden. Orlanda / Central Atlantic tightened to a statistical tie. However, Trump leads everywhere else, including 60.4% to 25.3% in the Miami / Gold Coast Region.”

The poll conducted interviews with 1,236 primary voters from May 31 through June 2. 507 of those polled were Republicans while 500 were Democrats, and the balance of those contacted were not included in the final tally.
Trump has been consistently leading DeSantis in polling since he announced his intention to run for a second term in November 2022. DeSantis only just announced his presidential campaign, but has been giving all the indications of a presidential run for months.
