(PM.) On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled to overturn Roe v Wade in the case of Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health, turning decisions regarding abortion back to individual states.
Immediately following the ruling, pro-abortion activists were seen crying and screaming outside the Supreme Court.
In footage taken by Turning Point USA contributor Drew Hernandez, one pro-abortion activist was seen being consoled by a fellow activist as the decision was dropped, while another yelled, “it’s not over,” and the crowd yelled that the court is “illegitimate.”

On the other side of the aisle of the debate, pro-life activists were seen jumping and cheering for joy over the court’s decision.

In footage captured by TownHall’s Julio Rosas, pro-abortion activists were seen telling the crowd that they will “aid and abet abortion.”
With the release of the Dobbs case, some in the the pro-abortion crowd outside the Supreme Court began to cry.
