To make sure that Americans were complying with statewide lockdown orders, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) bought cell phone data for tens of millions of Americans to track their location.
The CDC has attempted to defend its purchase of Americans location and cell phone data as a way to see how effective lockdown policies were.
The purchases, which amounted to $628,000 altogether, were payed out to two different firms and allowed the CDC to track the location of 55 million people.

While Vice news previously reported on the contracts, their report was only a screenshot of one page of the agreement. New details emerged after the Epoch Times and Zerohedge were able to obtain all 71 pages of the agreement.
