The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Friday that they are investigating a multi-state listeria outbreak that may be linked to soft cheese.
A Friday press release from the CDC said seven people have been infected with Listeria monocytogenes in four states, with one person becoming ill in October and the other six getting sick in January.
