A more than 36,000-square-foot villa in Knoxville, Tennessee, was listed Monday for $9.75 million, just three weeks after its last reported sale.
The residence, dubbed Villa Collina, sold for $11 million, according to its former owner Eric W. Barton, who announced the sale on the Villa Collina website on Oct. 7. It is currently owned by an LLC, property records indicate.
