Barstool Sports Dave Portnoy telephoned Washington Post reporter Emily Heil after he got wind of a story she was about to publish about him and his One Bite Pizza Festival that was held today in Brooklyn, NY.

Portnoy catches Heil in her own lie as she attempted to pull a ‘cancel culture’ move by contacting advertising sponsors of the Pizza Festival in an effort to shame them.

 

As the phone call ends, Heil and Portnoy agree to an interview the following morning that she ultimately backed out of hours after the phone call ended.
