(Gateway Pundit) The Biden crime family made millions in Ukraine performing nefarious and criminal activities including espionage.
Today we have another report that reveal another crime.
1. TGP reported on Thursday that the Bidens were using classified information to the benefit of the Hunter Biden family business. This was in response to Miranda Devine’s report at the New York Postwhere she identified an email with 22 points that was not written by Hunter Biden.
TGP determined that this information from the 22-point email came from the US State Department and was classified. This email included this classified information and Hunter had no security clearance or reason to have this information.
2. On Sunday night TGP reported a second email that showed Hunter Biden was sharing classified information with individuals at Burisma in Ukraine which is the definition of espionage.
3. On Monday TGP uncovered a third email showing more Biden family crimes related to classified information and espionage.
The email discovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop was sent from Blue Star Strategies, a firm that has reportedly been under investigation by the DOJ since 2021. The email that was sent in December 2015 had an attachment that included classified information from a White House conference call on Joe Biden’s upcoming trip to Ukraine. This email was also sent to Burisma and it implicates Joe Biden.
4. Today we can report that Hunter was involved in another series of crimes. Hunter never registered as a foreign agent yet he acted as one. This too is against the law.
In 2017 General Michael Flynn was sentenced and along with it he was also forced to admit to “making materially false statements in multiple documents filed pursuant to FARA.” The DOJ reportedly obtained Flynn’s guilty plea by threatening his son with the alleged crime of not filling out a FARA application.
In 2018, Paul Manafort “pleaded guilty in the District of Columbia to two counts: (i) conspiracy to commit multiple offenses, including violating FARA by failing to register and by providing false statements in a document filed with FARA.” Manafort was sent to prison.
FARA violations were used against these two individuals who were close to President Trump.
But not so with Hunter Biden.
In Hunter’s laptop were a number of emails that show that Hunter Biden acted as a foreign agent. Hunter’s actions in Ukraine with Burisma were one example.
Hunter Biden was on the Board of Burisma. He and his buddy Devon Archer and later Joseph Cofer Black were also on the board. Hunter, an attorney, and Cofer Black, a former CIA agent, both should have known that there are actions required for being an agent for companies and countries overseas.
Cofer Black, for example, signed a resolution for Burisma in 2019 related to dividend distribution. Cofer Black with his background should have known that the company was foreign and engaged in foreign political activities while looking for ways to build its name in the US. The hiring of Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and Cofer Black were examples of this.
Burisma utilized these Board members and their contacts in the US to do business and clear its name with US media and US government agencies. For example, in one email found on Hunter’s laptop, the firm used FTI Consulting to provide a response to US media (the AP) concerning the firm.
Some of the answers to the questions prepared by the consulting firm were not accurate (e.g. Burisma does take positions on political matters which is why the company hired Hunter, Burisma was not impacted by the unrest in parts of Ukraine which was not accurate, etc.).
