Fani Willis And Her Prosecutor ‘Lover’ Told To Expect Subpoena’s On A Potential DISQUALIFICATION In Trump Case

The two will be asked to testify on arguments that Willis and Wade should be disqualified from the Trump Georgia 2020 election case due to their alleged affair and financial ties

(PM.) Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her alleged secret lover prosecutor, Nathan Wade, have reportedly been told to expect subpoenas over the corruption scandal that has exposed their alleged affair.

The two will reportedly be asked to testify during a hearing next month on arguments that Willis and Wade should be disqualified from the Trump Georgia 2020 election case due to their alleged affair and financial ties, sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

District Attorney Willis hired Wade, an outside prosecutor who she has an alleged romantic relationship with, to prosecute former President Donald Trump and his allies. Critics claim Wade was hired to ensure there be a prosecution against Trump, a case brought forth by Fani Willis.

The allegations were first revealed by Trump co-defendant, Mike Roman, who argued that the two should be disqualified from the case citing a conflict of interest.

Lawyers for Roman argue that according to financial statements produced in Wade’s ongoing divorce proceeding, Willis financially benefited from Wade taking her on extravagant vacations after she retained him as special prosecutor.
