Former Project CEO James O’Keefe released an undecover video Thursday detailing two female inmates at the Washington State Correctional Center for Women (WCCW) discussing how male inmates are gaming the system by claiming to be ‘transgender’ in order to access the women’s facility.
O’Keefe said that WCCW is only one of many examples of what is now happening with so-called ‘inclusivity in the prison system.’
