Luis Castoire, who has been fishing in New York’s Central Park since he was 7-years old, reeled up a horrifying sight on Thursday morning: a human corpse with an apparent head wound, NBC New York reported.
“I thought I was seeing a ghost,” Castoire told the station. “I felt a thump, my hook had gotten stuck … When I go to lift it, I seen the leg come up, and then I saw the rest of the body.”
