(Daily Mail) Megyn Kelly is turning her hand to comedy with a voiceover role in a new ‘anti-woke’ cartoon series from the Daily Wire.
The former Fox News anchor will be asking the questions at the Republican primary debate on Wednesday night, but dealing with a different set of characters in the animated series ‘Mr Birchum’.
A trailer for the show features Kelly squealing delightedly in her role as the title character’s wife alongside Roseanne Barr, Candace Owens and the show’s creator Adam Carolla.
He revives his KROQ radio character for the new series which he based on his junior high woodshop teacher.
‘Mr Birchum attempts to navigate a world he doesn’t understand or approve of,’ the synopsis promises.

She is better known for her political reporting and conservative punditry but Megyn Kelly said working on the cartoon was the ‘most fun I had in 2023’

‘Adam Carolla created Birchum back before Barack Obama killed comedy,’ said Jeremy Boreing who founded the channel alongside right-wing commentator Ben Shapiro.
‘Of course Hollywood wouldn’t make Birchum today because they’ve stopped making comedies altogether for fear of offending the ‘wrong’ people – so we realized we had to do it,’ he added.
‘We teamed up with Adam and some of the funniest people we know – Roseanne, Rob Riggle, Patrick Warburton, Tyler Fischer and so many more – to bring back the irreverent patriarch in a truly hilarious comedy that doesn’t care who it offends.’
The channel was already on a roll with the release last week of ‘Ladyballers’ which stars Boreing as a unlucky sports coach who reassembles his old male basketball team in a bid to win a women’s tournament.
