Chicago’s police review board released video of Adam Toledo’s fatal shooting by a Chicago police officer Thursday afternoon, a little more than two weeks after the 13-year-old was killed following a foot chase down an alley on the city’s west side.
Just prior to releasing the video, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot urged the public to remain calm and peaceful, and to reserve judgment until the board can complete its investigation.
