Kevin Westley, a combat veteran who served in Iraq in 2003, posted a video of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers that had previously never been seen.
Westley claims that he had ‘accidentally’ left it on private when uploading it to YouTube almost 20 years ago.
The rare angle of the footage shows a second plane hitting the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
