Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, who was relieved of his command for calling on his superiors to take accountability for the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal that led to the deaths of 13 service members, posted a YouTube video on Sunday saying he was officially resigning, leaving his military pension and VA benefits behind.
