Joe Biden’s dementia continues to worsen as he shakes Senator Chuck Schumer’s hand then instantly forgets he shook it, reaching out again for a second time.
This isn’t the first time Biden has unsuccessfully tried shaking hands, each time not realizing what he’s doing.
